摘要
鉴于机组支撑结构在水电机组稳定运行中起关键性作用,以国外某抽水蓄能电站为例,采用有限元软件ABAQUS的线性静力分析及完全动力分析等对原型和改型后两种不同形式的机组支撑结构的静力刚度进行了校核,并采用动力法进行谐响应分析得到不同工况下支撑结构的位移幅值。结果表明,两种支撑结构的静力刚度均满足设计要求,但在最恶劣工况时,改型后的支撑结构与原型支撑结构相比,在最危险截面处的水平位移幅值减小约18%,说明机组支撑结构的水平抗剪能力在机组安全运行中起决定性作用。
The support of unit plays an important role in operation stability of hydropower units.Taking a foreign pumped-storage power station for an example,the static stiffness and dynamic amplitude of different unit supporting structures are checked using the function of liner static analysis and full dynamic analysis of general finite element software ABAQUS.The results show that the stiffness of different unit supporting structures could meet the design requirement.The horizontal vibration amplitude of modified supporting structure is lower than the original one by 18% under the worst operating condition.The result indicates that the horizontal shear capacity plays a decisive role in the safety of hydropower units.
