摘要
结合新一轮电力体制改革对电网公司在市场化环境的经营管理要求,通过挖掘业务驱动关系,建立了指标间的因果关系,梳理了电网公司经营目标的优化逻辑,以系统动力学为基础,通过VENSIM工具构建了电网公司输配电固定资产投资的多目标优化仿真模型。实例应用结果表明,该模型考虑了企业经营的动态复杂性,实现了动态的闭环反馈测算,为管理决策提供了有效的分析工具,提高了资源配置测算的准确性和效率。
Under the reform of the power grid company in the market environment,this paper established a causal relationship between indicators based on the business-driven analysis of the relationship,streamlining the optimization logical of grid company business objectives.Multi-objective optimization simulation model of power grid company transmission and distribution asset investment was established by system dynamics theory and VENSIM tool.Taking into account the dynamic and complex nature of the business,this model can achieve a closed-loop feedback estimation,and provides an effective analytical tool for business management,and improve the accuracy and efficiency of resource allocation estimation.
