摘要
水系是城市得以形成和发展的基础,确定城市水系的生态环境需水量对维持其生态系统健康发展具有重要意义。根据城市水系的特点及功能,结合水量健康和水质健康两方面要求,按各项需水量在城市水文循环过程中的去向,将其整合划分为消耗型需水和非消耗型需水两部分。在综合考虑累加原则、兼容性原则、最大值原则及等级制原则的基础上,建立优化分析模型,克服了传统方法计算交叉、重叠的问题,使结果更加精确合理。以保定市为例进行实证研究,其计算结果为保定市的生态环境建设及水资源优化配置提供了决策依据。
Water system is the foundation of the formation and development of the city,and it is important to determine the ecological water demand of urban water system to maintain the healthy development of its ecosystem.According to the characteristics and functions of urban water system,combined with water quantity health and quality health requirements,according to the functions of the water demand in the process of urban hydrological cycle,they are divided into two parts of consumption and non-consumption.Considering the principles of accumulation,compatibility,maximization and hierarchy,optimization analysis model is established,which overcomes the problems of traditional methods,such as crossover and overlap in calculation process,so that the result is more accurate and reasonable.Taking Baoding City as an example,the result of the study provides scientific decision-making basis for the construction of ecological environment and optimal allocation of water resources in Baoding City.
