抽水蓄能等机组参与区域电网调峰的网际出力优化配置方法 被引量:2

摘要 为缓解区域内各省网的调峰压力,研究了多种耦合多电网调峰需求方案及统调比例设置方案;基于电网剩余负荷全时段平稳性和电网剩余负荷分峰谷时段平稳性,提出了两种不同的网际出力优化配置方法,并以华东简化系统为例进行了仿真分析。结果显示,按调峰压力现状设置权重及开放化设计统调比例最能协调各省网的调峰压力;两种网际出力配置方法均能有效缓解华东电网调峰压力。研究结果可为缓解区域各省网的调峰压力提供借鉴。 In order to alleviate the pressure on the regional power system in peak load shaving,different goal weight setting methods and power transmission ratio setting methods are proposed and analyzed.Based on the stability of unitary and sectional remaining net-load,two different power generation allocation methods aiming at multi-grid peak operation are proposed.All methods have been implemented to the peak operation of plants owned directly by East China Power Grid.The numerical results show that the goal weight setting method considering peak pressure and the unconstrained transmission ratio setting method could coordinate peak pressure in different provincial grids better.Both two methods could meet the demands for peak loads of multiple provincial power grids.The results of this research are capable of reference for engineering projects on peak regulation.
