基于双层规划的电力生产与水资源管理耦合模型研究 被引量:2

摘要 火力发电作为耗能和耗水大户,对经济发展和环境保护具有重要影响,因此综合管理能源与水资源逐渐成为电力系统规划所关注的焦点。在兼顾经济因素和节水要求的前提下,采用双层规划方法对新疆巴州火电生产与水资源管理进行综合优化,其中上层模块以电力生产所需水量为目标,下层模块以电力生产管理经济成本为目标。通过对比双层和单层模型的优化结果,获得在节水降本前提下的电力生产、扩容方案、发电耗水及污染排放的最优方案。 Thermal power industry as a high energy and water consumer has important influence on the economic development and environmental protection.As a result,comprehensive energy and water resources management has increasingly become the focus of electric power system planning.In this study,bi-level programming method is introduced into energy and water resources management framework of Bazhou considering economic factors and water saving requirements,in which the objective of upper level is the amount of water resources demand,while lower level is focus on system cost for electricity generation.Through comparing the results of bi-level and single level model,the results of electricity generation,capacity expansion,water consumption as well as pollutants emission were obtained under the premise of water-saving and cost reduction.
