摘要
为研究堆石坝粗粒料干密度缩尺效应规律及影响因素,总结了相似级配法、剔除法、等量替代法、混合法4种缩尺方法下的最大干密度随颗粒最大粒径的变化规律,并分析了缩尺方法(颗粒级配)、颗粒形状、压实方法、细观尺度4个因素对缩尺效应的影响。结果表明,4种缩尺方法下最大干密度均随最大粒径的增大而增大;从统计角度看,颗粒形状随着粒径增加,颗粒不规则性减小,表面光滑度增加,有利于达到密实状态;压实方法对最大干密度的影响不容忽略。
To study the laws and influencing factor of scale effect of dry density of coarse-grained materials,the achievements were summarized from the view of similar gradation method,exclusion method,equivalent substitution method and mixed Method.Further,the influence of scale methods,particle shape,compaction method and mesoscopic indicators on the scale effect were analyzed.The results indicate that the maximal density increases with the increasing of the maximal diameter of particle regardless of scale methods;from a statistical standpoint,the roundness and smoothness increase with the increasing of the maximal diameter of particle,which makes materials easy to compact.The influence of compaction methods on the maximal density cannot be ignored.
