破碎围岩中输水隧洞双护盾TBM卡机分析及其脱困措施 被引量:7

摘要 为分析复杂工程地质条件下的TBM卡机事件原因及其脱困措施,以兰州市水源地建设工程输水隧洞T9+199.5附近典型的双护盾TBM卡机事件为例,首先通过详细调查卡机事故现场情况,确定此次卡机事件为TBM前盾、伸缩盾外壳受岩体挤压而造成;其次基于地质分析和计算力学方法,得到岩体的挤压变形主要由破碎围岩的碎胀导致,卡机部位主要为拱顶右上方和拱底左下方;最后结合力学分析结果和工程经验,选取侧导坑法作为卡机脱困方法,实现了此次TBM卡机的顺利脱困。研究结果可为类似TBM卡机原因分析及工程处理措施提供参考。 To analyze the causes of TBM jamming event and its jamming releasing measure,a typical event of TBM jamming was selected for the research which located near T9+199.5 in the water conveyance tunnel of Lanzhou water construction projects.Firstly,through detailed investigation of the site conditions for TBM jamming,it is known that the squeezing deformation of rock mass near the front shield and telescopic shields caused the TBM jamming.Then,based on geological and calculation mechanics method,it is concluded that the broken expand of crushed surrounding rock led to the squeezing deformation of rock mass.The places of the TBM jamming were located at the upper right of vault and the lower left of arch bottom.Finally,the method of manual excavation outside of the shield was proposed to release the jammed TBM through the comprehensive consideration of the engineering characteristics and experience.Research of this paper guaranteed releasing of the jammed TBM quickly and efficiently.This study could provide a reference for the reason analysis of TBM jamming and the engineering treatment of similar TBM jamming.
