摘要
钢坝闸作为新型可调控溢流闸门,具有启闭简单、使用维护便利等特点,但传统钢坝闸驱动方式的体积影响了其布置方式,从而导致一系列故障产生。为了降低钢坝闸的故障发生率,采用体积更紧凑、更适合钢坝闸旋转启闭特点的低速大扭矩液压马达作为钢坝闸驱动方式,实现了钢坝闸的启闭,减小了钢坝闸左右岸地下设备房的空间,减少了渗水的可能性。同时避免了金属结构零部件的锈蚀和控制系统的损坏,提高了设备安全运行的可靠性,同时还降低了设备成本。
The steel dam gate as a new type of adjustable overflow gate,it has advantages of simple hoisting and convenient maintenance.But the volume of the traditional driving mode of steel dam gate affects its layout method and leads to a series of failures.To reduce the failure rate of the steel dam gate,the low speed and high torque hydraulic motor was adopted to drive the steel dam gate for hoisting the steel dam gate as well as reducing the left and right bank underground equipment room space of the steel dam gate and the possibility of leakage.At the same time,it could avoid the damage to the metal structure parts and control system,improve the reliability of the equipment safe running,and reduce the cost of equipment.
