摘要
历次台风登陆都会对沿海地区电网造成不同程度的损坏,因而提高沿海地区电网防风抗灾能力非常紧迫。为此,提出了一种差异化规划建设的防风保底电网构建方法,通过结构性的风险管控校核电网结构的供电可靠性和快速复电能力,根据差异化的规划原则选取城市重要站点和关键线路构建最小规模的防风保底电网,并提出多项评价指标评估所构建的保底电网。广东省某沿海城市构建防风保底电网的算例结果表明,该方法对保障重要用户供电具有较高可靠性、适应性和经济性。
It is urgent to improve the anti-Typhoon capability of coastal area power grid,due to degree of damage caused by all previous Typhoon landing.A differentiated method of planning Typhoon resistance power grid was proposed in this paper.The power supply reliability and the fast restoration ability of the grid were checked to identify structure risk.And then according to the differentiated principles,important stations and key lines were selected to build a minimum scale of Typhoon resistance power grid.Mutiple indexes were presented to evaluate the built minimum grid.The example on a coastal city in Guangdong indicates that the proposed method is reliable to important power users with good adaptability and economy.
