深斜井施工中的导井堵塞问题试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 水利水电建设中斜井开挖施工常会遇到导井溜渣堵塞的问题,处理时相当耗时且危险,导井内壁糙率、井内石渣堆积长度、导井设计倾角对斜井施工溜渣堵塞问题影响很大,因此应用多元回归分析法建立了溜渣时的导井临界倾角预测模型,在施工中满足导井开挖偏移和井壁糙率时,结合已有导井开挖堵塞实例,计算出利于深斜井导井溜渣的最优设计角度约为60°,可供未来导井倾角设计参考。 In the construction of hydraulic and hydropower projects,the blocking of the guide wells’ s lag is often encountered in inclined shaft construction,which is time-consuming and dangerous to deal with.The roughness factor of the well bored,accumulation length of stone slag in well and the design inclination of the pilot well have a great impact on the clogging of the slag in the construction of the inclined shaft.The critical inclination prediction model of guide well is established by regression analysis method.When the design guide well deviation and borehole roughness factor are met during the construction,the optimum design angle of the inclined shaft guide hole is about 60°,which can be used as a reference for design of guide shaft inclination in future.
