摘要
结合《食品毒理学》课程特点进行考试改革,设计了平时成绩(15%)+期末实验考核(15%)+期末考试(70%)的三级考核方式,并在16级食品质量与安全班进行了实践。该方案由原来的期末理论考试为主变为理论与实验并重,加强了实际操作和实践能力考查,有利于学生综合能力的提高,为培养应用型、复合型人才提供了一定的参考。
Combining with the characteristics of food toxicology course,the examination reform was carried out,and the three-level examination method of the usual score(15%)+final experiment examination(15%)+final examination(70%)was designed,and the practice was carried out in the food quality and safety class of grade 16.The plan changed from the original final theory examination to theory and experiment,strengthened the practical operation and practice ability examination.The plan is beneficial to the improvement of students’comprehensive ability,and provides a certain reference for cultivating application-oriented and interdisciplinary talents.
