榆阳区农贸市场及超市食用农产品快速检验检测现状及展望

Present situation and prospect of quick test of edible agricultural products in farmers' markets and supermarkets in yuyang district

农贸市场及超市作为群众日常生活以及食品流通领域销售的主要场所,集中了肉、肉制品、粮油、水果、蔬菜以及日常生活用品。目前,农产品经销商主要以个体经营为主,各种渠道售卖农产品较为分散,其供应基本满足市场需求,但质量尚不能保证,因此,食用农产品快速检验检测对于食品安全防护有着至关重要的作用。为保障食品安全,对榆阳区农贸市场及超市食用农产品存在的安全隐患及快速检验检测现状进行了分析,并提出相关对策建议,最后对快速检验检测技术的发展应用进行了展望。

As the daily life of the masses and food circulation field sales of the main place,Farmers market and supermarket concentrated meat,meat products,grain and oil,fruits,vegetables and daily necessities.At present,distributors of agricultural products are mainly self-employed,and the sales of agricultural products through various channels are scattered.Their supply basically meets the market demand,but the quality cannot be guaranteed.Therefore,quick test of edible agricultural products plays a crucial role in food safety protection.In order to ensure food safety,this paper analyzed the potential safety hazards and the current situation of rapid inspection and testing of edible agricultural products in the farmers’markets and supermarkets in yuyang district,and put forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions.Finally,the development and application of quick test technology was prospected.
