绝经激素治疗的现状与探索

Current status and exploration of menopause hormone therapy

更年期是女性的普遍现象。由于卵巢功能减退,引起一系列生理、躯体、精神症状的改变以及一些远期慢性疾病的发生。更年期保健是一项综合措施,对更年期妇女采取合理有效的保健干预,具有重要的临床价值。在过去的十年中,人们对绝经激素治疗(MHT)的理解和治疗方式的选择取得了惊人的进展,这些治疗方式可以有效缓解女性的绝经相关症状。但是由于人们认知的不足,更年期女性保健受到限制。为了推广普及MHT在妇女保健中的作用,我们根据国内外指南规范,参考专家意见,并结合本地特点制定了一套更年期多维保健体系。

Menopause is a universal event for women.As a result of ovarian dysfunction,it causes changes in physiological,physical,and mental symptoms as well as some long-term chronic diseases.The perimenopausal womens health care is a comprehensive measure.It is very important to take reasonable and effective interventions for perimenopausal women.The past decade has witnessed an amazing progress in the understanding of menopause hormone therapy(MHT)and in the choice of treatment modalities that are available to address the symptom burden of menopause.However,because of scarcity of understanding,the perimenopausal womens health care is limited.In order to promote the role of MHT in womens health care,based on the domestic and international guidelines and expert recommends,we tailored a set of multi-dimensional health care system of menopause to combine with local characteristics.
