摘要 目的讨论经皮桡动脉穿刺介入治疗冠心病的可行性和安全性。方法78例冠心病患者经皮桡动脉途径介入治疗。结果73例(94%)经桡动脉途径,5例(6.4%)桡动脉穿刺置管失败者改由同侧肱动脉穿刺置管,均一次成功。未发现桡动脉搏动消失、远端肢体坏死、手功能障碍等并发症。结论冠心病患者经桡动脉行冠状动脉血管成形术并发症少、安全性高、费用低。 Objective To discuss the feasibility and performed of coronary interventions through the radical artery. Methods 78 samples with coronary disease was cured by the percutaneous coronary intervention.Results 73 samples cured successfully (94%) , 5 samples (6.4%)radial arteries wear to stab to place to take care of the failed to change from wear with the side humerus artery to stab to place the tube, a success without the radial artery pulsate disappear , the far acrodynia the bad dead, the hand function obstacle of disappearance ctc. Conclusion Thereare few syndromes by coronary heart disease was cued by undergoing angiography, and higher safety, lower expenses.
