摘要
目的探讨糖尿病患者视网膜中央动脉(CRA)的血流动力学改变。方法应用彩色多普勒对糖尿病患者92只眼和正常对照组60眼的CRA收缩期流速(PSV)、舒张期流速(EDV)、搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)和血流加速时间(AT)进行对比分析。并将糖尿病患者按病程长短及血糖水平分组,分析上述参数。结果糖尿病组CRA的PSV、EDV低于正常组,PI、RI、AI高于正常组。病程≥10年组CRA的PSV、EDV低于病程【10年组,PI、RI高于病程【10年组。三个月平均空腹血糖≥8mmol/L组CRA的PSV、EDV低于血糖【8mmol/L组,PI、RI高于血糖【8mmol/L组。结论糖尿病患者视网膜循环阻力增加,血流速度下降,血流灌注不良,且病程愈长、平均血糖水平愈高,视网膜糖尿病血管病变愈明显。
Objetive To study the central retinal arterial hemodynamics in patients with diabetes. Method The central retinal arterial blood flow velocity changes in patients with diabetes and normal volunteers were measured with color Doppler imaging technique. The peak systolic velocities(PSV), the end diastolic velocities(EDV), the resistive index(RI), the pulsatility index(PI) and accelerated time(AT) were compared. And the data from the patients with diabetes were compared according to course of the diseases and the level of blood sugar. Results The results showed that in patients with diabetes the PSV, EDV were lower and RI, PI, AT were higher than in the normal volunteers. In patients that have longer course, or have more serious glycemia the PSV, EDV were lower and RI, PI were higher than in the others. Conclusions The CRA blood flow velocities in patients with diabetes are lower than in the normal volunteers. The retinal circulation resistance increases and the retinal are ischemic in the patients. And this changes are relative to the course of the diseases and level of blood sugar.
