限局性膈膨升的超声诊断及其价值

Ultrasonic diagnosis of the localized eventration of diaphragm and it’s value

本文报告了采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪检查的26例限局性膈膨升病例,并分析限局性膈膨升的超声检查方法、声像图特征、鉴别诊断及X线与超声诊断限局性膈膨升的利弊。认为限局性膈膨升有其独特的超声声像图特征,超声对该病的诊断具有简便、迅速、准确的优点。如能结合X线检查,可进一步提高其准确性。

Twenty six cases with localized eventration of diaphragm were examined with ultrasound. The detected method of the case, the characters of ultrasounic image and the differential diagnosis of the disease are studied. The advantages and disadvantages of the ultrasound and X-ray examination are analyzed too. We conclude that ultrasounic examination has unique characters of ultrasounic image in the case of localized eventration of diaphragm and it is simple, quick and much more accurate. It is more valuable with the help of X-ray examination.
