家兔坐骨神经高压电损伤实验研究中早期电生理指标改变

Electrophysiological study on sciatic nerve after high voltage electrical injury in rabbits

摘要 目的研究家兔坐骨神经高压电损伤后早期电生理变化规律。方法选择健康新西兰家兔30只,分实验组(22只)和正常对照组(8只)。以1万伏高压电击实验组家兔右下肢,于伤后即刻、3天、7天、14天和21天对右坐骨神经及其支配肌进行EMG、CMAP、NCV和SEP等电生理检测,研究其变化规律。结果坐骨神经完全损伤9只,不全损伤13只。两者除失神经电位的变化相似外,CMAP、NCV、SEP等指标在完全损伤者,伤后3天全部消失;而在不全损伤者,随时间延长CMAP和SEP潜伏期逐渐延长,波幅逐渐降低,NCV逐渐减慢。结论兔坐骨神经高压电损伤后,其早期电生理改变呈进行性加重。 Objective To study rabbit sciatic nerve after high voltage electrical injury by means of electrophysiological examinations. Methods 30 SD rabbits were randomly divided into experiment group(22) and control group(8).In experiment group the right lower limb of rabbits were injured by 10kV of electricity. EMG, CMAP, NCV and SEP were recorded at different postoperative intervals. The rule of them will be observed. Results The experiment group could be divided into two groups, the entirely injure group (9) and incompletely injure group (13). The varieties in EMG were resembled. In the entirely injure group after 3 days the index of CMAP, NCV and SEP were disappeared completely. In incompletely injure group, the latency of CMAP and SEP were extend gradually, the amplitude of CMAP and SEP were depressed decreasingly. The NCV were slowed down bit by bit. conclusion: The varieties of electrophysiology in rabbit sciatic nerve assume exacerbated step by step after high voltage electricity trauma.
