摘要
目的评估输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石取石术治疗肝内外胆管结石的优势。方法应用经输尿管硬镜,气压弹道碎石取石术治疗肝内外胆管结石47例。结果43例经输尿管镜下碎石取石成功,术中结石取净率91.49%,4例术后发现有结石残留。结论输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石取石术是治疗肝内外胆管结石一种确实有效的方法。
Objective To evalue the advatage of transureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in the treament of Calculus of Intrahepatic.Method 47cases of Calculus of Intrahepatic treated with transureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy.Results under transureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy,the succesfull rate of Calculus of Intrahepatic was 91.49%.Conclusion tratment of Calculus of Intrahepatic by transureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy is an efficacious new methods.
