从俞募穴探讨体表-内脏相关内涵

Connotation of Relationship Between Body Surface and Viscera from Back-shu and Front-mu Points

俞募穴不仅是脏腑经络之气转输、汇聚的枢纽,而且体现了早期的体表-内脏相关内涵。生理上,俞募穴是脏腑之气在体表的输注处,气街、标本、经脉及气血分别是其与脏腑产生联系的结构和物质基础;诊断上,可以通过观察俞募穴的情况辅助诊断相应脏腑病证;治疗上,通过刺激俞募穴可调整脏腑功能。现代实验研究已从解剖形态学、神经学等方面验证其结构基础和联系途径,大量的临床研究也证实了俞募穴与脏腑密切相关,为俞募穴的体表-内脏相关内涵提供了事实依据。

Back-shu and Front-mu points are not only the hub of transmission and convergence of qi of zangfu-organs and meridians,but also reflect the related connotation of the body surface and viscera in the early stage. Physiologically,Back-shu and Front-mu points are the place where qi of zangfu-organs infused in the body surface. Qi-street,branch and root,meridians,qi and blood are respectively the structure and material basis of the connection between Back-shu and Front-mu points and viscera. In clinical diagnosis,the viscera syndrome can be diagnosed by observing the situation of Back-shu and Front-mu points. In the treatment,viscera function could be adjusted by stimulating Back-shu and Front-mu points. Modern experimental research has verified the structural basis and the way of connection from the aspects of anatomical morphology,neurological mechanism and so on. It provides evidences for the related connotation of body surface and internal organs. A large number of clinical studies have also confirmed that Back-shu and Front-mu points are closely related to Zangfu organs.
