Application and Development of Data Mining in Study of Chinese Medical Formulas

阐述了数据挖掘技术在方剂学研究中的常用方法和在方药配伍及用药规律中的应用,说明其在方剂研究中存在缺乏规范化、评价方法和研究人员知识结构差异性等问题,并提出了建立数据库和研究系统标准化、进行数据预处理、采用多元化挖掘方法、确立评价体系、培养兼备中医药知识与计算机技术研究人员的发展对策。

This paper described the common methods of data mining technology in the study of Chinese medical formulas,discussed the application of formula compatibility and medication rules,explained the problems in the study of Chinese medical formulas,such as lacking of standardization and evaluation methods,the difference of knowledge structure of researchers,etc. And countermeasures were put forward,which include establishing standardization of documentary databases and research system,doing data preprocessing,selecting multiple mining methods,establishing the evaluation system,training the researchers combining traditional Chinese medicine knowledge with computer technology.
