摘要
在中医心理教育治疗学临床研究过程中逐渐形成喻知引悟技术。从喻知引悟技术的基本定义切入,探讨医生在熟悉心理治疗不同阶段特征、整体把握心理治疗主要模块的基础上,通过分析精神心理疾病患者病证的发生发展过程以及可能变化趋势,分别在病因、病机、症状、诊疗态度等层面确定一系列心理治疗目标,再结合患者认知背景与兴趣特点,选择相适宜治疗比喻内容,共同构成具体治疗要素。此技术能丰富和优化医生临床治疗要素数据库,提升诊疗效率,又可为中医心理实践发展提供有益参考。
In the process of clinical research on the treatment of TCM psychology education,metaphors and enlightenment techniques are gradually formed. Based on the basic definition of the technology of metaphors,the doctors are familiar with the characteristics of different stages of psychotherapy and grasp the main modules of psychotherapy. By analyzing the occurrence and development of patients with mental illness and the possible changes,a series of psychological treatment goals are determined from the etiology,pathogenesis,symptoms,diagnosis and treatment attitudes and other aspects,combining with the patient’s cognitive background and interest characteristics,selecting the appropriate metaphor content and other components to form a specific treatment. This can enrich and optimize the doctor’s clinical treatment factor database,improve the efficacy rate of diagnosis,provide a useful reference for the development of Chinese medicine psychological practice.
