DNA结合抑制因子与肿瘤关系的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 DNA结合抑制因子(Id)是螺旋—环—螺旋转录因子家族的一员,具有广泛的生物学作用,如抑制细胞分化、促进细胞增殖、调控细胞凋亡等。哺乳类动物细胞含Id1~Id4四种,通常分布于胚胎及未分化成熟的组织细胞中,正常细胞内Id蛋白随着细胞分化成熟而逐渐降低。近年研究发现,Id蛋白家族与肿瘤相关的细胞周期调控、细胞衰老与凋亡,以及肿瘤的发生、发展、侵袭、转移等有关,已成为研究细胞生命过程以及探寻治疗人类疾病有效靶向药物的一类重要分子,或可成为靶向药物治疗肿瘤的新靶点。
