胃癌组织中三磷酸腺苷酶家族蛋白2的表达变化及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察三磷酸腺苷酶家族蛋白2(ATAD2)在胃癌组织中的表达变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法选择配对的胃癌本和癌旁组织标本129例,分别采用Real-time PCR法和免疫组化法检测其ATAD2 mRNA和蛋白表达,随访记录患者生存时间,收集其临床资料。结果胃癌组织ATAD2 mRNA相对表达量为7.67±2.09,癌旁组织为1.00±0.11,P<0.01。胃癌组织中ATAD2蛋白定位在细胞核,其中高表达77例、低表达52例,癌旁组织中未见ATAD2蛋白表达。胃癌组织ATAD2 mRNA高表达患者生存时间为(22±2)个月,低表达患者为(34±5)个月,P<0.05。ATAD2 mRNA表达与胃癌患者的性别、年龄、分化程度和TNM分型无关(P均>0.05),与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移数和肿瘤大小有关(P均<0.05)。结论胃癌组织中ATAD2表达升高,其检测有助于判断患者病情及预后。
