CXCL12-CXCR4/CXCR7信号轴相关疾病研究进展 被引量:16

摘要 趋化因子CXCL12及其受体CXCR4、CXCR7在多种细胞和组织中广泛表达,对免疫系统、循环系统及中枢神经系统的发育起重要作用。现对CXCL12-CXCR4/CXCR7信号轴相关疾病(艾滋病、乳腺癌、前列腺癌、肺癌、胃癌、卵巢癌、急性白血病、胶质母细胞瘤、WHIM综合征、哮喘)的研究进展进行综述,认为在不同水平对CXCL12-CXCR4/CXCR7信号轴进行调节,可为以上相关疾病的治疗提供新的手段和策略。
