老年冠心病患者冠状动脉狭窄程度与血清ALT水平的关系 被引量:8

摘要 目的分析老年冠心病患者冠状动脉狭窄程度与血清ALT水平的关系。方法老年冠心病患者1 386例,根据冠状动脉造影结果对冠状动脉狭窄程度进行Gensini评分,分析血清ALT水平与Gensini评分的相关性以及冠状动脉狭窄的危险因素。结果随着Gensini评分增加,血清ALT、AST、直接胆红素(DBi L)呈上升趋势(P均<0.05)。血清ALT水平与Gensini评分呈正相关(γ=0.186、P<0.05),ALT、DBi L、FPG、LDL-C、C反应蛋白水平是冠状动脉狭窄的危险因素(P均<0.05)。结论血清ALT水平与老年冠心病患者冠状动脉狭窄程度密切相关,可能是冠心病发生的危险因素之一。
