ANP32A对神经系统功能调节作用的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 酸性核磷蛋白32A(ANP32A)由1个球形的富含亮氨酸重复序列(LRRs)的氨基端和1个伸展的富含酸性氨基酸的羧基端组成,其在细胞增殖、凋亡、转录调控、信号转导和细胞内物质运输等多种重要生命过程中发挥作用。近年研究发现,ANP32A与多种神经系统疾病的发生、发展有关。ANP32A参与神经系统的发育并可调控神经元分化;其过表达可导致tau蛋白高磷酸化,促进阿尔茨海默病的发生;其能保护神经元免于兴奋性毒性损伤;其可通过影响PP2A通路在1型脊髓小脑共济失调中发挥作用。
