小鼠心肌梗死6h冠脉血流变化及其与心肌梗死面积的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨左冠状动脉前降支结扎6 h时小鼠左冠状动脉血流动力学变化及其与心肌梗死面积的关系。方法选取8~12周龄雄性C57BL/6小鼠21只,随机分为伪手术组(S组)、低位结扎组(L组)和高位结扎组(H组)各7只,后两组分别在冠状动脉左前降支低位和高位实施结扎术。术后6 h用超声生物显微镜检查并测量左冠状动脉舒张期峰值流速(Vd)、平均速度(Vmean)和速度时间积分(VTI)等血流动力学指标。术后12 h处死实验鼠,采用病理学方法测量心肌梗死面积(IS)。结果结扎左冠状动脉前降支6 h后,S组与L组或H组比较Vd及Vmean均有统计学差异(P均<0.05),三组间VTI比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。手术后12 h,S、L、H组IS分别为(1.77±0.60)%、(38.88±7.97)%、(58.50±6.24)%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。左冠状动脉血流Vmean及VTI与IS呈负相关(r分别为-0.681、-0.649,P均<0.01)。结论小鼠心肌梗死6 h冠状动脉血流参数变化与心肌梗死面积大小有关。
