肝癌组织中NF-κBp65的表达变化及意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察核转录因子(NF)-κBp65在肝癌患者癌组织中的表达变化,并探讨其意义。方法收集经手术切除的肝癌组织、癌旁组织及正常肝组织,采用免疫组化法检测三种组织中NF-κBp65蛋白表达情况。结果NF-κBp65蛋白在肝癌组织、癌旁组织、正常组织中的阳性表达率分别为60.67%、22.67%、12.00%,三组间两两比较,P均<0.05。HBs Ag阳性与阴性肝癌组织中NF-κBp65阳性表达率分别为64.44%、26.67%,二者比较,P<0.05。NF-κBp65蛋白阳性表达与肝癌患者病理分级、淋巴结转移有关(P均<0.05)。NF-κBp65阴性表达的肝癌患者生存时间分布好于NF-κBp65阳性表达者,但两者生存率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 NF-κBp65在肝癌患者癌组织中表达明显升高,且HBs Ag阳性肝癌组织中的阳性表达率高于HBs Ag阴性肝癌组织,NF-κBp65可能参与了肝癌的发生。 Objective To detect the expression changes of nuclear transcription factor ( NF)-κBp65 in the hepatocel-lular carcinoma ( HCC) tissues and to explore its clinical significance .Methods The expression of NF-κBp65 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry in the resected HCC tissues , adjacent tissues and normal liver tissues through sur-gery.Results The positive expression rates of NF-κBp65 protein in the HCC tissues, adjacent tissues and normal tissues were 60.67%, 22.67%and 12.00%, respectively.There were significant differences between each two groups (all P<0.05).The positive rates of NF-κBp65 in HCC tissues with positive or negative HBsAg were 64.44%and 26.67%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The positive expression of NF-κBp65 protein was related with patho-logical grade and lymph node metastasis (all P<0.05).The survival time distribution of NF-κBp65 negative group was better than that of the NF-κBp65 positive group, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05).Conclusions The ex-pression of NF-κBp65 was increased significantly in the carcinoma tissues of HCC patients , and the positive expression rate is high in HBV positive cancer tissues .NF-κBp65 may be involved in the occurrence and development of liver cancer .
