摘要
针对VD精炼炉生产过程数据无法和冶炼炉次进行关联,完全依靠人工记录且不能溯源,导致管理人员不能从整体上对生产过程进行分析和管理的问题,设计和开发了基于OPC技术、C/S架构的数据采集平台,实现了不同现场设备、仪表和监控系统实时生产数据的可靠采集和计算。
In view of the problem that the production process data of VD refining furnace can not be correlated with the number of smelting furnaces,and rely entirely on manual recording and traceability,which results in the managers being unable to analyze and manage the production process as a whole,a data acquisition platform based on OPC technology and C/S architecture is designed and developed,which realizes real-time reliable acquisition and calculation of production data of different field equipment,instruments and monitoring system.
