摘要
太钢开发的800 MPa汽车大梁用热轧带钢,在C-Si-Mn化学成分基础上添加了Nb、Ti、Mo等合金元素复合强化,冶炼中对夹杂物进行球化处理,采用热连轧控扎控冷工艺,通过细晶、析出和相变强化机制来实现机械性能的良好匹配。研制结果表明,该钢具有冷成型性好、性能波动小、冲压合格率高等特点,是制作汽车大梁钢的理想材料。
The 800 MPa hot rolled strip for automobile girder developed by TISCO has been strengthened by adding Nb,Ti,Mo and other alloy elements on the basis of C-Si-Mn chemical composition.The inclusions are spheroidized in the smelting process.The fine grain,precipitation and phase transformation strengthening mechanism is adopted to achieve a good match of mechanical properties.The research results show that the steel has the characteristics of good cold forming,small performance fluctuation and high stamping qualification rate,and is an ideal material for making automobile girder steel.
