摘要
通过原燃料质量的管理、先进设备的应用,高炉在重负荷、大喷吹、高富氧条件下冶炼规律的摸索等一系列措施的实施,以及在优化炉料结构、控制径向合理矿焦比例、优化煤气流提高煤气利用率和稳定热制度等方面挖掘潜力,实现了宣钢公司1号高炉长期的顺行稳定。
Through the managenment of raw material and fuel quality,the application of advanced equipment,the in plem entation of a series of m easures for blast furnace smelting under heavy load,large injection and high oxygen enrichm ent conditions,and tapping potential in optin izing burden structure,controlling radial rational coke ratio,optim izing gas flow,improving gas utilization rate and stabilizing heat system,the long-term smooth and stable operation of No.1 blast furnace in X uanhua Iron and Steel Com pany has been realized.
