摘要
采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜以及力学性能检验等方法,研究了热处理对N08800合金冷轧板材组织及性能的影响。结果表明:随着热处理温度的升高和保温时间的延长,晶粒逐渐长大,在1 120℃时,晶粒开始快速长大;随着热处理温度的升高,合金室温抗拉和屈服强度逐渐降低,塑性逐渐增加;N08800合金冷板的较佳的热处理工艺为(1 070±10)℃,保温时间3~4 min。
The effect of heat treatment on structure and mechanical properties of cold rolled plate of Fe-Ni base alloy N08800 has been studied.Results show that,with the increase of the heat treatment temperature and the holding time,the grains gradually grow.When the heat treatment temperature is 1 120℃,the grains begin to grow rapidly.With the increase of temperature,the ambient tensile and yield strength of alloy decrease gradually,while the elongation of alloy increases gradually.The optimum heat treatment is 1 070±10℃,the holding time is 3~4 min.
