摘要
通过对山西工程职业技术学院教学型四辊轧机辊系支承辊和工作辊的强度是否满足轧制需求进行校核,验证教学型四辊轧机辊系设计的正确性。然后利用Solidworks三维软件对支承辊和工作辊等进行实体建模,并进行装配,为后期进行辊系有限元分析提供计算参数。
By checking whether the strength of the supporting roll an d the working roll of the teaching four-high rolling mill system of Shanxi Engineering Vocational and Technical College meets the rolling requirements,the correctness of the design of the teaching four-high rolling mill system is verified.Then Solidworks 3 D software is used to carry out solid modeling and assembly of supporting roll and working roll.It provides calculation parameters for finite element analysis of roll system in later period.
