摘要
介绍了其装配方法之一胀缩法的基本形式和基本方法,以及装配温度需要综合考虑过盈量、装配间隙、结合直径、材料性能等各方面因素,并最终通过试验来确定。结合具体设计实例,详细阐述了装配温度的确定过程及热装轴向收缩问题,同时基于现有加热炉、冷冻柜和接触式测温仪,通过试验验证了整个装配过程可以满足设计要求。合理的装配温度,可以有效地提高生产效率,同时降低返工返修的频率,并最终改善装配过程。
This paper introduces the basic idea and method of expansion and contraction method which is one of the assembly methods,and the assembly temperature shall be determined by experiments after comprehensive consideration of interference,assembly clearance,combined diameter,material properties and other factors.Then combined with specific examples,the determination process of assembly temperature and the axial shrinkage problem are described in detail.Meanwhile,based on the existing heating furnace,freezing cabinet and contact thermometer,the experiment results proved that the whole assembly process can meet the design requirements.Reasonable assembly temperature can effectively improve production efficiency,reduce the frequency of rework and repair,and ultimately improve the assembly process.
