摘要
本研究利用实验室加速腐蚀实验(CCT)和电化学测极化曲线实验对高耐蚀铁道车辆用钢S450EWR钢的耐蚀性能进行研究,以普通耐候钢SPA-H作为对比试验,同时观察锈层的表面形貌,研究实验钢锈层的形成过程,探讨了耐候钢的耐候机理。
This paper studies the corrosion resisting property of railway vehicles steel by using the means of CCT and electrochemistry method.In contrast to the general SPA-H,the rusty scale is also analyzed by surface appearance.The formation process of rust layer of experimental steel was studied,and the weathering mechanism of weathering resistant steel was discussed.
