摘要
长钢9号高炉第一代炉龄结束,大修过程中面临放残铁作业,考虑到近年来环保及安全管控升级,传统放残铁作业方式在这两方面均有欠缺,因此长钢首次引进绳锯在线切割工艺对残铁进行整体切割。主要介绍了绳锯在线切割工艺的工艺要求及各项数据记录,为以后高炉大修的残铁处理方式总结经验。
At the end of the first generation furnace life of No.9 blast furnace of Changzhi Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.Therefore,Changgang Company introduced rope saw on-line cutting technology for the first time to cut the residual iron as a whole.This paper mainly introduces the technological requirements and data records of rope saw on-line cutting technology,and sums up the experience for the treatment of residual iron in blast furnace overhaul in the future.
