摘要
系统分析了低铁耗下转炉冶炼存在的问题,针对这些问题,从转炉每个工序入手,通过铁包加压块、改善转炉入炉料结构、转炉内焦炭预热废钢等措施解决了由于低铁耗转炉热量不足的问题,铁水消耗由原来的950 kg/t降低到870 kg/t,达到了降铁增钢的目的。
The problems existing in converter smelting with low iron consumption are systematically analyzed.In view of these problems,starting from each process of the converter,the problem of insufficient heat in the converter due to low iron consumption is solved through measures such as iron bag pressurizing block,improving the charging structure of the converter and coke preheating scrap in the converter.The consumption of molten iron is reduced from the original 950 kg/t to 870 kg/t,achieving the purpose of reducing iron and increasing steel.
