摘要
以镇城底矿28620综采面为研究对象,结合28620综采面的采煤工艺和地质条件,研究该综采面瓦斯浓度较高的原因,并对裂隙带瓦斯抽采机理进行探讨,提出'本煤层钻孔抽采+裂隙带钻孔抽采+瓦斯治理巷大直径钻孔抽采'的瓦斯治理技术。瓦斯治理技术实施后监测设备显示:28620综采面回风流瓦斯浓度控制在0.34%以下,为综采面的安全高效有序生产提供了保障。
Taking 28620 fully mechanized mining face of Zhenchengdi coal mine as the research object,combining with the mining technology and geological conditions of 28620 fully mechanized mining face,the reason of high gas concentration in this fully mechanized mining face is studied,and the mechanism of gas extraction in fissure zone is discussed,and gas control technology of'borehole extraction in this coal seam+borehole extraction in fissure zone+large diameter borehole extraction in gas control roadway'is put forward.After the implementation of gas control technology,monitoring equipment shows that the gas concentration of return air flow in 28620 fully mechanized mining face is controlled below 0.34%,which provides a guarantee for safe,efficient and orderly production of fully mechanized mining face.
