摘要
基于我国'富煤、少油、少气'的能源特征,尤其需要在我国经济发展的过程中全面进行地下煤炭开采工作,只有这样才能够提升采煤机的可靠性。但是,目前的采煤机的采掘作业负担很大,多数强劲的冲击都会因此集中到齿轮上。在这样沉重的压力之下,会使得齿轮啮合的情况因此变得更加恶劣。如果在这过程中有一个齿轮出现被破坏的现象,那么会使得整个机器无法工作。本文主要就采煤机高可靠性机电液短程截割传动系统进行全面的分析,希望能够借此解决此类问题。
Based on the energy characteristics of'rich coal,less oil and less gas'in China,it is especially necessary to carry out underground coal mining in the process of economic development in our country,only in this way can the reliability of shearer be improved by analyzing.However,the current mining burden of shearer is very large,most of the strong impact will be concentrated on gears.Under such heavy pressure,the gear meshing situation will become even worse.If in the process there is a gear is damaged,the whole machine will not work.In this paper,the electro-hydraulic short-range cutting transmission system of high reliability machine of shearer is analyzed comprehensively,and it is hoped that this kind of problem can be solved.
