摘要
在钢铁企业生产过程中,供水管网系统的安全稳定是保证主工序连续高效生产的重要环节。水锤问题是供水管网系统中经常遇到的问题,本文结合热轧冷却水管道事故,深入分析产生水锤的原因,并结合实际应用提出防护措施,确保管网稳定运行。
In the production process of steel enterprises,the safety and stability of the water supply pipe network system is an important link to ensure continuous and efficient production of the main process.The water hammer problem is a common problem encountered in the water supply pipe network system.This paper combines the hot rolling cooling water pipe accident,analyzes the cause of the water hammer in depth,and proposes protective measures in combination with the actual application to ensure the stable operation of the pipe network.
