清代医家对《伤寒论》辨治头痛规律的继承和发展

Rules on Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Headache in Treatise on Cold Damage Inherited and Developed by Physicians in Qing Dynasty

《伤寒论》中所述头痛对后世医家辨治头痛有很高的指导意义,但在病因病机、治法、方药等方面并不完善。清代医家充分肯定了张仲景《伤寒论》在辨治头痛方面的重要贡献,对头痛病因病机的认识更加详细,辨证更加复杂,治法和方药更加丰富和多样,弥补了《伤寒论》辨治头痛的不足,不但继承了《伤寒论》辨治头痛规律,更有很大的发展。具体体现在将四经头痛(太阳、阳明、少阳、厥阴头痛)发展为六经头痛,补充了太阴头痛和少阴头痛的空白,并且给出了具体治疗方药。

The content on syndrome differentiation and treatment of headache in Treatise on Cold Damage is of great importance for the physicians of later generation in the clinical treatment. However,it is not perfect on the disease cause and mechanism,treatment method,medicinals. In Qing dynasty,based on the content of headache treatment in Treaties on Cold Damage,physicians of that time further developed the cause and mechanism of headache,syndrome differentiation was more complex,treatment method,formulas and medicinals were further enriched,which supplements Treaties on Cold Damage and further develops the rules on syndrome differentiation and treatment of headache. The theory of headache involving four channels was further developed into involving six channels with taiyin headache and shaoyin headache being added,and the specific formulas and medicinals were also given.
