Experience by Professor MA Chaoqun on Treating Intestinal Adhesions from Qi and Blood Differentiation

肠粘连是腹腔术后常见并发症,严重影响患者生活质量,至今仍无根治性的治疗方法。马朝群认为本病的形成主要责于手术致气血失和、通降失司,使肠道痞塞不通;治当首先明确诊断,病证结合,辨证施治,尤注重调和气血,并注意饮食、情志等方面的调适。防治结合,疗效显著。

Intestinal adhesion is a common complication after abdominal cavity surgery,which seriously affects the life quality of patients. There is still no cure for it. According to Professor MA Chaoqun,the occurrence of this disease is mainly due to disharmony of qi and blood after surgery,and dysfunction of dredging and descending,and therefore the intestinal tract is blocked. During the treatment,firstly the diagnosis should be clarified,the disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation should be combined,syndrome differentiation should be applied. Harmonizing qi and blood is emphasized particularly,and adjustment of diet,emotional factors and other aspects also should be emphasized. The combination of prevention and treatment could harmonize blood and qi with remarkable curative effect in clinic.
