摘要 目的:比较温经汤传统煎煮方法和现代医疗机构煎煮方法所得汤剂的质量差异,为温经汤的临床应用提供科学依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定两种方法所得汤剂中芍药内酯苷、芍药苷、β-蜕皮甾酮、甘草苷、阿魏酸、甘草素、肉桂酸、桂皮醛、丹皮酚、甘草酸铵的含量,并对两种方法所得汤剂的总皂苷和浸膏率进行比较。结果:两种方法所得的汤剂中,芍药内酯苷、芍药苷、甘草苷、甘草素、肉桂酸、甘草酸铵含量差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),β-蜕皮甾酮、阿魏酸、桂皮醛、丹皮酚、总皂苷、浸膏率差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:两种煎煮方法所得的温经汤质量存在差异,医疗机构煎煮法更具科学性。 Objective:To compare the qualify difference between Wenjing Decoction prepared by traditional decoding method and the decocting method of modern hospitals,so as to provide a scientific basis for the clinical application of Wenjing Decoction. Methods:High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used to measure the contents of paeonoflavone glycoside,paeoniflorin,β-ecnesterone,liquiritin,ferulic acid,glycyrrhizin,cinnamic acid,cinnamaldehyde,paeonol,ammonium glycyrrhizinate in decoction prepared by two decoction methods. In addition,the content of the total saponins and the extract ratio were calculated. Results:There were significant differences in the contents of paeonoflavone plycoside,paeoniflorin,liquiritin,glycyrrhizin,cinnamic acid and ammonium glycyrrhizinate of the decoctions prepared by the two methods. However,there were no significant differences in the contents of β-ecdysterone,ferulic acid,cinnamaldehyde,paeonol,total saponins,and extract ratio of the decoctions prepared by the two methods. Conclusion:There are differences in the quality of Wenjing Decoction prepared by the two decoction methods. And the decoction method of modern hospital is more scientific.
