从脾阴虚辨治干燥综合征

Treatment of Sjogren's Syndrome Based on Spleen Yin Deficiency

干燥综合征是一种高度异质性的自身免疫性疾病,目前西医学在治疗本病时存在明显的局限性。而中医药在改善干燥综合征的症状、延缓病情的进展、提高患者的生活质量等方面,疗效稳定,优势明显,且无明显不良反应。从脾阴虚的角度,探讨了干燥综合征的病因及发病机制,并结合实验研究,从侧面论证其合理性。认为从脾阴虚辨治干燥综合征的基本治法为育阴增液化津、益气养阴生津、化瘀解毒通津及用药规律为首用酸甘柔润,伍以甘寒育阴,合以辛散升发,为临床治疗干燥综合征提供了新的方向和思路。

Sjogren’s syndrome is a highly heterogeneous autoimmune disease,and currently modern medicine has limitation in the treatment of this disease. Traditional Chinese medicine can improve the symptoms of Sjogren’s syndrome,delay the progress of the disease,improve the life quality of patients,and the effect is stable with obvious advantages and less side effects. The author discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of Sjogren’s syndrome from the perspective of spleen yin deficiency. Combined with modern experimental research,the author demonstrates its rationality. It is proposed that the primary treatment for Sjogren’s syndrome of spleen yin deficiency is nourishing yin and supplementing fluids,tonifying qi and nourishing yin to generate fluids,resolving stasis and removing toxin to unblock collaterals,and the prescription law is using sour and sweet to soften and nourish,combined with the sweet and cold to cultivate yin,and supplemented with the pungent and disperse for lifting. This study can provide a new direction and ideas for the treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome.
