饮食失宜与慢性萎缩性胃炎相关性探讨

Discussion of the Correlation between Improper Diet and Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)属中医学胃痛、痞满等范畴,饮食失宜是其主要发病因素之一。从食量失宜、偏嗜辛辣、恣食生冷热烫、嗜食肥甘厚味、喜食腌制品等多个方面探讨内伤饮食与CAG的关系,尤其指出本病与摄食含有大量亚硝酸盐(I类致癌物质)的腌制品关系更为密切。饮食失宜易导致痰浊、湿热、气机失调,诱发胃痛。

Chronic atrophic gastritis belong to stomachache,fullness in traditional Chinese medicine,and improper diet is an important cause.In this paper,the correlation between internal injuries due to improper diet and CAG was discussed from aspects lie improper amount of food intake,preference for spicy food,indulgence in raw,cold,hot and burning food,preference for greasy,sweet and heavy flavored food,or prefer ence for pickled food,especially the correlation between CAG and pickled food containing nitrites(class I carcinogen).Improper diet tends to cause phlegm turbidity,damp-heat,and disorder of qi movement,finally leading to stomachache.
