萎胃颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效及其对COX-2的影响

Effect of Weiwei Granules on Chronic Atrophy Gastritis and COX-2

目的:研究萎胃颗粒对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)患者临床症状、病理检查、胃黏膜组织及血清环氧化酶-2(COX-2)的影响。方法:将符合标准的82例患者随机分为治疗组(萎胃颗粒组)和对照组(胃复春组)各41例,分别观察两组治疗前后的临床症状、病理检查变化情况,采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法和免疫组化方法检测外周血及胃黏膜组织中COX-2蛋白表达量变化。结果:萎胃颗粒组患者临床症状、病理检查较胃复春组有明显改善(P<0.05),萎胃颗粒组降低COX-2表达量优于胃复春组(P<0.05)。结论:萎胃颗粒能够降低外周血及胃黏膜组织中COX-2的表达量,增强胃黏膜屏障能力,从而发挥其对CAG的治疗和预防作用。

Objective:To observe the effect of Weiwei Granules on clinical symptoms,pathological manifesta tion,gastric mucosal tissue and serum Cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods:Eighty two patients meeting the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(Weiwei Granules group)and control group(Weifuchun group)to observe the clinical symptoms and pathological manifestations,and COX-2 levels in peripheral blood and gastric mucosal tissue were determined with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and immunohistochemistry.Results:Compared with the Weifuchun group,Weiwei Granules group showed obvious improvement on clinical symptoms and pathological manifestations(P<0.05),and the Weiwei Granules group had low levels of COX-2(P<0.05).Conclusions:Weiwei Granules can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and pathological manifestations in patients with CAG,and could reduce the expression of COX-2 in peripheral blood and gastric mucosal tissue to strengthen mucosal barrier,and therefore it could treat and prevent CAG.
