理气药运用于淋证治疗理论探讨

Theoretical Discussion on Application of Qi-Regulating Drugs to Stranguria Syndrome

古代医家对淋证的病因病机、症状描述、治法治则等都有着较为详实的论述,但是中医药在治疗淋证的过程中,往往忽视了运用理气药治疗淋证的应用价值,故就理气药在临床上应用于淋证的理论进行探讨,通过分析淋证的病机、分型、治则等,从气化不利出发必当调畅气机,参悟理气与理气法对治淋的重要性。对理气药运用于淋证治疗进行了理论探讨,并举临床案例加以说明。

Ancient doctors have had a detailed discussion on the etiology,pathogenesis,symptom,principles and methods of treatment and so on of stranguria syndrome,but the application value of qi-regulating drugs in the clinical practice of treating stranguria is often ignored.Therefore,the author explores theories about the application of qi-regulating drugs in the clinical treatment of stranguria syndrome.Based on the analysis of the pathogenesis(disturbance in qi transformation),classification and treatment principles of stranguria syndrome,regulating qi should be given priority.So the importance of regulating qi and regulating qi for stranguria syndrome treatment is emphasized and clinical cases are cited to iuustrate the theory.
