LI Jun's Experience in Treating Acne of Lung-Stomach Stagnant Heat Type

痤疮的病位重在肺、脾、肝、肾,李军教授治疗痤疮经验丰富,对其病因病机另辟新路,提出不外肺经风热、肺胃瘀热、浊毒瘀滞经络三端,紧抓肺胃瘀热。临床证治以清热泻火解毒、凉血化瘀散结、和胃消食除湿贯穿始终,强调和胃清热化瘀,循因辨证,采用内治与外治协同医治,疗效颇具特色。系统总结李军教授所倡导"肺胃瘀热型痤疮"的辨证思路,并举例验案。

Acne mainly affects the lung,spleen,liver and kidney.Professor LI Jun has rich experience in treating acne and he has opened up a new way in understanding its etiology and pathogenesis,which lies in the wind-heat of the lung meridian,lung-stomach stagnantheat and turbid toxin blockingmeridians and the key is the lung-stomach stagnantheat.Clinical treatments include clearing away heat,purging fire and detoxification,cooling blood,removing blood stasis and eliminating stagnation,harmonizing stomach,promoting digestion and removing dampness through the whole process.Emphasis is placed on clearing heat and removing blood stasis in the stomach,and syndrome differentiation according to disease causes.He applies treatment of internal and external therapies which achieves quite distinctive curative effect.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the dialectical thinking of'acne of lung-stomach stagnantheat type'in syndrome advocated by Professor LI,and to cite successful case to prove it.
