摘要 节能是建筑设计和使用所涉及的重要问题,能耗模拟技术是进行建筑节能分析、建筑方案选择、标准制定、技术经济优化等的有效手段。本文简介负荷计算的基本原理和方法,能耗模拟的方法,讨论今后负荷计算和能耗模拟的发展。 Building efficiency plays an important role in the design and operation of buildings. Energy analysis techniques are useful tools for building energy analysis, alternative building design, standards compliance and economic optimization. This paper describes the basic principle and methods of load calculation, proposes the methods of building energy simulation, discusses the future development of load calculation and energy simulation.
