摘要
大庆石化分公司炼油厂重整装置换热器H204为2.25Cr-1Mo钢容器。在换热器的制造过程中,采用了焊前预热,焊后消氢处理,最后作焊后热处理。检验结果表明,换热器H204的综合性能达到了规定的要求。
